Position Summary

As the Associate Analytics Manager, you will be an important contributor within the Store Brands organization, with a core focus on executing Store Brand loyalty offers for all business units. This will require deep partnership with cross-functional team members across the organization as well as within the Store Brands department. In addition, you will support the Analytics Manager on entry-level data analytics support CVS Health's private label products. As a member of the Store Brands Growth & Innovation team, you will apply your strengths and experience in process management and analytical problem solving to help drive category-first Store Brand growth.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Implement loyalty discount strategies including setting up offers, tracking their performance and adjusting tactics based on results

  • Apply rigorous processes and analysis to enhance offer productivity and brand awareness

  • Improve operating process and develop standard operating procedures

  • Support foundational analytics requests for Store Brand business development needs from concept to shelf to maximize the impact to the customer

Required Qualifications

  • High proficiency in process development

  • Ability to coordinate and execute discount campaigns from conception to implementation including planning, execution and post campaign analysis

  • 2+ years of professional experience in using retail management software to input and manage discount offers, track sales and generate reports

  • 2+years of experience in MS Office Suite, specifically excel including knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.

  • 2+ years of experience working in a retail environment, or equivalent industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CVS database technology including Salesforce, Workfront and Tableau.

  • Experience analyzing business trends, creating business cases and providing recommendations

  • Experience working with POS or syndicated data (ex: IRI, Nielsen) in the retail or in the consumer product goods industries

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of equivalent experience required

    Travel

  • Travel as needed to meet business needs 0-10%

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
