Position Summary

As the Senior Analyst of Compensation, you will develop, implement, and administer compensation programs such as salaries, short and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys.

You will accomplish this by:

  • Conducting complex analysis of compensation data, including market data, salary data, bonus, and incentives.

  • Examining market trends and benchmark against industry standards and assess the competitiveness of the organization's compensation programs.

  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining compensation data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, under limited supervision.

  • Potentially administer job role evaluations and classifications, determining their relative worth and appropriate salary ranges, participates in job audits, reviews job descriptions, and ensures internal equity and alignment with market practices and laws such as FLSA.

  • Developing and implementing compensation programs, policies, and guidelines under general supervision.

  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing in support of the Merit cycles and related to the Retail Incentive Plans.

  • Assisting with the communication and rollout of compensation programs.

  • Collaborating with HR Shared Services, Finance, HR Reporting and other partners to link compensation programs to performance management systems and annual compensation cycles.

  • Ensuring compensation practices adhere to legal requirements and comply with wage and hour laws, equal pay legislation, and other relevant regulations.

  • Emitting regular reports and presentations on compensation-related metrics and insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years work experience

  • Excel skill to analyze data and summarize results

  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday experience with conducting research for compensation, employee work history and running reports for pay cycles

  • Strong communication skills - written and oral

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Specialized Training

Education:

High School Diploma required; equivalent work experience may substitute

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
