Position Summary

The AV Engineer will play a critical role in the execution of Production events at the corporate headquarters in Woonsocket, RI. The AV Engineer will be responsible for supporting Audio Visual for corporate conference rooms, company town halls, senior. leader events, and recordings. The right candidate will have experience in the set up and troubleshooting of cameras, microphones, speakers, projectors, etc. and the ability to manage the AV for calls on both WebEx and Microsoft Teams with users in multiple locations. An ideal candidate has worked in a fast-paced environment in past positions and has experience interfacing with senior level end-users.A passion for production work, a go-getter mentality, and ability to problem solve are also required to be successful in this role. This position sits onsite in Woonsocket, RI and offers the opportunity to support an enterprise level organization. This specific need will be supporting very high visibility, large-scale needs across the company.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Audio Visual set up and troubleshooting for cameras, microphones, speakers, Projectors, conference rooms etc.

Ability to manage the AV of calls on WebEx and Microsoft TeamsAbility to manage fully remote, live stream, in office and hybrid events with multiple attendees in various geographic locations.Experience troubleshooting Crestron, Biamp, and Tesira tools

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience interfacing with senior leadership and providing executive support

EducationAssociates Degree or High School diploma with equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,705.00 - $154,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
