As the Manager of Rx Growth & Volume Analytics, you will sit within the broader Pharmacy Growth wing of our Retail Pharmacy business within CVS Health.
You will assist with key analytical insights to drive business decisions across the retail pharmacy business. You will accomplish this through financial modeling & forecasting of prescription trends, supporting the maintenance of analytics dashboards for the business, and building effective presentations for executive leadership. You will conduct analysis at varying degrees of granularity; developing patient and script insights to understanding industry and market trends in relation to CVS Health strategy.
In order to support the diverse body of work, you will provide positive leadership for a team of one or more directs. A contagious, growth mindset is imperative to success in this role.
Select Job responsibilities:
• You will build the annual CVS Retail Rx Budget (1.6B+ scripts) through analytical modeling and work across departments to understand drivers
• You will help develop weekly performance reporting across the pharmacy growth portfolio, including explanation and in-depth understanding of results
• You will analyze prescription trends and develop an understanding of drivers for the business / market
• Support the development of data and analytics tools that we have built using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
• Build highly articulate and quality presentations with cohesive messaging to present to management. Use Excel (can write advanced macros) and PowerPoint to present applicable insights gathered from data to senior level executives.
• You will stay informed about new topics within the pharmaceutical industry, incorporating data sources to meet our requirements and support a variety of goals.
• You will partner across departments, driving collaboration and curiosity across all parties who engage with script volume & the broader economic picture of Retail pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated business trends and analysis experience (e.g., data analysis, forecasting, reporting development).
2+ years of experience working with data using technical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, and Access). Tableau strongly preferred.
2+ years of experience with PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably the role is hybrid, meaning candidate is located near a Corporate Hub and is in the office 3 days a week
2+ year(s) of experience implementing process improvements or new insights/reporting.
3+ years of consulting, analytics, or related experience
Competencies such as teamwork and creative problem management.
Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
