Position Summary Responsible for the preparation of customer specific benefit and plan documents. Ensure all compliance guidelines and key performance measures are met while providing high level customer service. Produce customer documents/contracts for some of Aetna's largest customers. Ensure all documents are in compliance within State and Federal regulations. Interact with, and provide consultative services to internal and external constituents. Work with multiple Aetna systems in a rapidly changing environment. Organize and manage a complex book of business. Provide subject matter expertise and mentoring specific to the Drafting function. Required Qualifications 2+ years experience as a Benefit Consultant with experience in drafting self funded customers and drafting financial documents. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years experience Drafting either Public & Labor or National Account plan sponsors. Successful experience in working with high profile customers. Education The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $37.02
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
