Position SummaryExciting positions available for licensed Pharmacy Technicians to support multiple retail pharmacy customer relations programs. These programs include but are not limited to:• Outreach to Medicare members regarding their medication adherence and offering assistance to resolve any barriers to refill• Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with their healthcare programs

• Assist customers with retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as neededMust have superb customer service and empathy skills to connect with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced customer contact center.Required Qualifications-Resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee or Texas due to regulatory compliance-Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence-Ability to obtain Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician license through application and fee-Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer servicePreferred Qualifications• Bilingual in Spanish• Prior Call Center experience• Previous experience working from home a plus• Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiencyEducation

Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $29.88

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
