Position Summary:

The Document Controller’s role is to develop, track, and maintain a document control repository with one location to find all documents including but not limited to Job Aids, SOPs, Trainings, Forms, and tools. The Document Controller shall collaborate across multiple teams within the Construction Prop Admin Department and teams outside of the Department. The goal will be to maintain a document control repository that will allow teams to easily review processes while standardizing and following them.

In addition, this role will track and maintain Risk Management and Change Control documentation and support systems usage across multiple teams in the Construction Prop Admin Department. The role will support Risk and Change process and system development and provide support in related new initiatives.

In this role your key growth opportunities will include: refining your skills in process development, document control, and stakeholder relationship management; following best practices; exposure to project requirements across multiple business units, including Procurement, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling partners, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising & Construction field teams; managing and growing relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Track all the documents and ensure that they are up to date and reviewed on a yearly basis. Manage Department’s SOPs and ensure compliance. This includes tracking all documented risks, issues and changes. 25%

· Collaborate with team members when processes are enhanced / developed to update all documents. 20%

· Support adoption of Risk and Change Management processes and systems across department. 20%

· Review all process updates from the teams to ensure they are coordinated with all work streams in and outside of the Department. 20%

· Onboard all new employees to the Const Department. Order all equipment for new hires and assist new hire managers with all requests. 15%

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 3+ years of related experience

· Minimum of 3+ years’ experience of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools

· Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes

· Experience with Web-Based applications such as Tririga, Ariba, and Smartsheet

· Ability to excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment

· Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives

· Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
