POSITION SUMMARY:

The Member and Client Affordability Product Manager is responsible for work on member affordability strategies within the Product Team, with a keen focus today on our current offerings as well as our vendor partner collaboration. You will ensure that the programs are operating as planned, improvement opportunities are identified and deployed, and technical issues are quickly resolved for internal stakeholders and clients. You will use your pharmacy claims data experience, analytical skills, and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership all in an effort to drive new operational initiatives and product improvements. These initiatives will have a profound impact on the drug cost savings and value we can create for our PBM clients and CVS Health.

The role will need to work cross-functionally with several internal departments and external stakeholders including but not limited to, Trade relations, Pharmacy Operations, IT support and development, Sales and Account Services, Finance, Enterprise Analytics, external client and network pharmacies as well as operational and sales representatives from our vendor partner.

This role will require the appropriate application of several skill sets: financial/analytic, communication, creativity and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate of external pharmacy process , COLA request, and pharmacy training.

  • Pharmacy compliance review including claims and file monitoring, Limited distribution drug metrics evaluations, as well as support for ongoing product development measures.

  • Partner with other teams to review and monitor ongoing client contracting efforts as well as welcome season monitoring.

  • Identify and champion to product leadership new development efforts to evolve / improve the product portfolio in alignment with CVS Health and client objectives.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree or related experience required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferred, with preference to experience in settings requiring product development and/or management, balancing clinical – financial – operational and other aspects linked to and impacted by product decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good experience working effectively with multiple other teams and driving work forward in a matrix-style organization.

  • Work experience should include understanding of pharmacy and/or RxClaim, benefit designs, copay assistance market along with utilization management programs, the data related to those programs and ability to think strategically to identify and improve product performance.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
