This role is classified as hybrid and will be filled in the Northbrook, IL., Irving, TX., Scottsdale, AZ., Hartford, CT., or Woonsocket, RI. Additional CVS office locations may be considered

Position Summary

  • At CVS, we have an exciting opportunity as a Sr Analyst, Fin OPS! In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturer and client audit activity from start to finish. As a Sr Analyst, Fin OPS, you will also assist teammates on training and supporting research and invoicing staff on adjudication platform questions, support integration and development projects, and perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

The primary responsibilities include:• Gathering and preparing audit documentation• Coordinating visits with manufacturers• Researching and responding to all audit findings• Confirming trade’s contract terms• Negotiating settlements and audit closures with the pharmaceutical manufacturers* Support the team with ad hoc requests

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience performing in-depth research, investigation, analysis, and reporting

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with the ability to work with large data sets

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct audit experience • Adjudication system knowledge

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug products, and manufacturer rebate contracts• Experience with rebate invoicing or formulary research• Experience reading and interpreting legal documents and contracts• Understanding of CVS Caremark Benefit Design and Formulary• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Proven problem solving and data analysis skills• Ability to negotiate and communicate in a persuasive manner• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships across functional units• Ability to query data via SQL and other data analytic tools

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
