The Executive Director, Data Exchange - Client Pharmacy Solutions is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing data exchange services, including new capabilities which support these services, to suit the needs of the Caremark business. The services include managed file transfers and APIs. The primary focus is on understanding data exchange services landscape across Caremark and providing solutions to meet changing business needs. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading the operational delivery of data exchange services in the areas of eligibility, integrated accumulations, enrollment, and member data transition.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Leading the delivery of eligibility, integrated accumulations, enrollment, and member data transition services.

  • Defining, designing, and implementing new data exchange services.

  • Defining, designing, and implementing improvements to existing data exchange services to improve quality and efficiency.

  • Achieving client service level agreements for data exchange services.

  • Budgetary authority for operating budget.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in IT spreading across solution architecture, software development lifecycle, and program management

  • 8+ years of experience leading operations teams. Including progressive leadership experience leading leaders.

  • 15 years of experience with Commercial products that support data exchange services

  • Strong communication, both verbal and written, with executive presence

  • Influencing across functions and all levels of an organization

  • Applying an enterprise mindset to developing strategy and solutions

  • Leading in a matrix organization

  • Leading large integrated project plans

  • Budgetary management and reporting

  • Driving IT development of services to meet specific business needs

  • Ability to work work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

  • Demonstrate a commitement to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous develpment, modeling inclusisve behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$131,500.00 - $303,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
