Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY: Senior Manager, Data Science to formulate and apply mathematical and modeling methods and business analytics towards data extraction and manipulation in support of business intelligence initiatives. Duties include: apply advanced quantitative, data modeling, and machinelearning methods to lead the development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, and reporting tools; leverage data science, analytics, and large-scale optimization of digital properties and applications to develop predictive models that maximize behavioral change;identify and solve data modeling and machine learning problems, including validating information, applying quantitative judgment, and applying complex algorithms and artificial learning; perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary; andact as an analytics product owner and translate business needs into data analytics projects and recommendations. Telecommuting permitted. - Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science and Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or relatedoccupation. Also requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: modeling tools and frameworks including Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Databricks and PySpark; Azure, GCP or AWS cloud infrastructure; data modeling/analytics with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau; dataanalytics for healthcare industry products or services; machine learning methods including regression, decision trees, and deep learning; and statistical modeling for business intelligence. Pay Range: $120750.00/year to $240000.00/year. Multiple Openings.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
