Position Summary

This position requires an individual who can identify opportunities and adapt to a fast paced quick changing environment. This position will serve as our first tier support for both internal and external partners including:

• Monitoring and responding to multiple shared email addresses.

• Tracking and closure of reported incidents

• User management and user audits

  This position will also be expected to perform basic Extraction, Transformation, and Loading of data including some excel data manipulation. Preparing standard reports will be a key function of this role.

  Other tasks include:

• Contributing to incident management processes, including logging and tracking incidents, assessing their impact and urgency, and working towards a timely resolution

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to system configurations, network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications

• Monitoring system performance

• Scheduling meetings with internal and external partners

• Preparing meeting agendas

• Detailed note taking for key meetings

• Creation of training material and/or job aids

  Other duties as assigned

  Required QualificationsMUST RESIDE IN OHIO

• 1+ years of experience in IT support

• 1+ years of experience working with data and manipulation

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong communication Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

  Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicaid

• Quickbase Proficiency

• Experience with data visualization and reporting technologies such as PowerBI and Tableau

• Interest in analyzing data and assessing trends

  Education

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $85,100.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
