Position SummaryThis position will work closely with the Excluded Provider team. Responsibilities will include daily review of various daily, weekly and monthly exclusion and claims reports to ensure compliance. Responsibilities may also include outreach to Federal and state agencies as well as pharmacies. This position will also support and collaborate with other members of the Regulatory Affairs-Operations Group and be cross-trained in other areas of the business as needed.Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, One Note)
Excellent typing and keyboard skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
Excellent problem solving skills and initiative
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work across departments
Must be able to work independently and take personal accountability.
Able to identify and communicate opportunities to improve process and promote efficiency.
Able to collect, review data, establish facts and draw conclusions
High speed internet connection and ability to work from homePreferred Qualifications
RxClaim system knowledge and experience
Pharmacy Technician License per State
Pharmacy Technician Certification (based on state law)
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Speed and accuracy with data entry
High level of comfort with Excel EducationHigh School or equivalent
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $31.72
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
