Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Project Management will support the Medicaid Enrollment teams with the coordination and management of key projects as assigned. Projects may include small to large scale implementations, enhancements or expansions tied to new and existing plans. Will work closely with the project teams to prioritize work, develop mitigation strategies, identify and escalate potential risks.Additional Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:• Organizing and facilitating meetings• Assist with documentation of work instructions as part of project close wrap up• Ability to translate stakeholder needs to both technical and non-technical partners• Work with project leads/product owners to identify and address issues• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• May serve as back up for demos or testing• Preparing and presenting status reports

• Embody all Heart at Work behaviors Required Qualifications • Functional Project Management experience or previous leadership role and/or project support role.• Strong interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation• Ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders• Excellent planning, facilitation, and organizational skills• Ability to translate stakeholder needs to both technical and non-technical partners• Experience working in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Asana SharePoint, Microsoft Office or other project management software

Experience in the healthcare industry with a Medicaid/Medicare enrollment focus

SAFe Agile certification is a plus

Project Management certification

SQL experienceEducation

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
