Position SummaryAs a Manager Business Analyst, you will act in the role of lead project facilitator and Business Analyst across scrum teams. In this role you will lead across departmental projects ensuring consistency in all project work and will be responsible for facilitating, defining and documenting business requirements for clinical domain projects/applications. The projects you will lead will be geared toward clinical (UM/CM) functionalities, which includes migrating memberships to a new platform, any new additional business needs, plus application enhancements. You will need to ensure that as the new functionality introduced to the platform will still continue to support existing operational efficiencies. You will work directly with architects, developers and QA teams to oversee and accountable for project delivery. You are responsible for project concept, business requirements, functional requirement sign-off, design signoff, user acceptance testing, implementation and roll-out of new functionality's.Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Responsible for h andling key projects with multiple challenging deadlines in a release train
R esponsible for analysis and documentation, both technical and functional requirements
Experience consulting with project stakeholder and internal/external partners, including executive leadership
Safe Agile experience, PI planning and knowledgeable in using Rally tool
Experience with evaluating business needs at a high level to allow business priority decisions
Experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred
Build effective relationships with business partners, IT team & other stakeholders
Ability write and interpret query language
Ability to understand the business requirements, understanding clinical business needs for utilization management and care management
Facilitating internal and client stakeholder meetings and presentations to arrive at key decisions/solutions
Providing and working towards completion of project business requirements and documentation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
