This position follows a hybrid working model of three days onsite per week in Hartford, CT and two remote days per week

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Aetna legal leadership team. An ideal candidate will anticipate the needs of stakeholders, take initiative to solve problems independently, appropriately handle sensitive information, and always display appropriate prioritization and judgment. The position requires excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, which includes but is not limited to organizing and maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings with clients, other enterprise stakeholders or legal colleagues as requested

  • Arrange travel and expenses for the leadership team which may include hotels, car service and flights

  • Participate in Ad hoc project work as directed by the leadership team which may include the creation, maintenance and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations

  • Support new colleagues onboarding

  • Provide coverage for other team-based Administrative Assistants who are on vacation or sick leave

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment

Education:

Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in a healthcare setting preferred-Experience in a corporate legal environment preferred-Highly proficient in with technology including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Collaboration products such as Teams and SharePoint-Ability to draft, proofread and edit correspondence, memoranda, e-mails with minimal supervision-Must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition seeking growth and opportunity to expand the role-Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality-Demonstrate strong accuracy and thoroughness in all facets of daily work and possess superb organizational skills-Able to interface well with all levels of employees, management, and clients in a highly professional, timely and friendly manner-Able to handle regular activities without prompting-Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanor

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.01 - $51.54

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
