Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to join our Strategy and Enterprise Affairs organization. The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting key deliverables and meetings, overseeing expense budgets, and ensuring efficient execution across Strategy and Enterprise Affairs. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting project deliverables, escalating issues as needed, and coordinating across team to ensure smooth execution

  • Supporting meeting preparation, agenda development, material coordination

  • Assisting with deck preparation for senior leadership and ad hoc requests and projects

  • Supporting the month end close, quarterly forecast, and annual budget processes through consolidation, analysis, and coordination with stakeholders

You will be working in a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in one of the CVS Health or Aetna offices in Hartford, CT.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with project management

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • 1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role (operating expenses and budget oversight)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and to multitask under tight deadlines

  • Comfortable speaking to Senior Management and Executive Leadership

  • Experience with Ariba

  • Experience working for a large public company

  • Knowledge of health insurance industry terminology and concepts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
