Position Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Sox Controls and Assurance (SCA) Team, the Analyst of the SCA Team will perform execution of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulatory requirements for the Health Care Benefits business segment, and promote collaboration with our business partners, external auditors, and management. The position executes SCA testing and supports the annual planning process. This role will be responsible for continually evaluating and recommending operational and process improvements to our financial compliance processes, and the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s key control structure. Also, the role will have opportunities to collaborate on cross-functional project teams providing value in support of CVS Health achieving its transformational goals.
CVS Health follows a 3 days in office ( generally Tuesday , Wednesday, and Thursday) hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish . Required Qualifications
1+ month of experience in an accounting or auditing role or internship position
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience, including internship experience, working in public accounting, a large corporation and/or in related fields (e.g. Health Care Insurance, etc.)
Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, CISA, etc., or measured progress in achieving such designations
Experience demonstrating critical thinking and analytical ability
Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills
Regular and reliable attendance
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $89,300.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
