Position SummaryUnder general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problemsconsidering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepares detailed technicalspecifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at thehighest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Regularly provides guidance and training toless-experienced programmer/analysts.Required Qualifications6+ years’ experience in application program development6+ years experience in systems analysis Universe or UniDataPreferred QualificationsExperience with application development support software packages.Affiliated with a technical or professional organization or user groupExpertise in PICK Basic, wIntegrate, and/or Unix and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization.Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
