Position Summary Responsible for functioning as an Account Management and Plan Sponsor Support for down-market cases (1,000 life). Researches, and resolves eligibility and claims inquiries for an assigned book of business. Consults with internal/external customers to identify accurate information to meet customer’s expectations. Responsible for managing renewal and annual enrollments for assigned block of business. Required Qualifications • 5 years experience in account management or plan sponsor services support capacity• Demonstrates effective keyboard skills; able to navigate within a computer based, multi-systems dependent environment without assistance; knowledgeable in Microsoft products.• Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and function in a fast paced, flexible and adaptable environment.• Able to follow designated procedures.• Ability to maintain production levels and quality goals.• Strong customer service; effective verbal and written communication skills.• Displays a positive, confident attitude.• Able to process and apply new and changing information.• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.• Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.• Must possess or obtain Health Insurance License for resident state within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Health insurance industry, project management, account management and customer service experience is required. EducationBachelor's degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
